      Dolphinbar working on Ubuntu Retropie v4.3 - Dolphin

      Tested and working on both Ubuntu v 16.04 & 17.10 running Dolphin v423cde2

      I'm not huge in Linux but by modifying this file it seems to correctly load the Mayflash Dolphinbar upon boot up of Ubuntu.

      In Terminal type the following to edit this file that in read to setup the dolphin bar upon booting Ubuntu.

      sudo nano /etc/udev/rules.d/10-local.rules

      add the following line in this file. (this file was empty on v16.04 & 17.10 probably because we are creating it?)

      SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ENV{DEVTYPE}=="usb_device", ATTRS{idVendor}=="057e", ATTRS{idProduct}=="0306", MODE="0666"

      Save and Close the file
      reboot Ubuntu

      Once you have already synced a Wiimote to the dolphinbar start emulationstation (retropie) from the Terminal window and select a wii game to load using (Dolphin-gui as the emulator). Configure Dolphin to use real Wiimotes for player 1-4. exit dolphin and start dolphin again through emulation station by selecting a game using (Dolphin-gui as the emulator). The Wiimotes should vibrate. If they won't stop vibrating exit dolphin and reenter it by selecting the game again. The Wiimotes should be working with the Dolphinbar now.
