I did most of my scrapes with Steven's Scraper, but with PSX because I have PBP games I had to use the emulation station scraper.
If "Parse Gamelists only" is OFF my PSX show up, but for obvious reasons the bootup is very slow.
If "Parse Gamelist only" in ON my PSX emulator and roms do not show at all.

Any reason this may be happening? I updated all of retro pie today and noticed this issue. I can't remember if this was an issue before this.
I current run all my ROMs off a USB stick using the retropie-mount solution and store my gamelist in the rom folder with Steven's Scraper.
I did notice that there is no gamelist for the PSX roms in that folder, but emulationstation didn't give me a option to store that there.

@natemac The inbuilt scraper saves in /home/pi/.emulationstation/ There is a downloaded_images and a gamelist folder. Using sselph scraper you probably stored your metadata in /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/system_name/
AFAIK the system should read both. Delete the gamelist and any images folder from /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/psx/and it should read and display those in ~/.emulationstation/
