Hey guys, i'm just posting about this tool I recently bought that has been very helpful.
      A USB Tester!
It is mainly used to detect USB charging current, voltage, discharge capacity, quantity of electric charge, power, timing and so on.
I like to use it for finding which power supplies/USB cables work best.
I found that my cable connected to my Pi was a little too thin and wasn't delivering enough amps, so I swapped it out with a slightly bigger cable and now my Pi works fine.
They have really simple ones for 2-3$ that only show the Amps & Volts, but I recommend this one for 5ish dollars shipped that has a bunch of different cool features: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/USB-Tester-Current-Voltage-Digital-Dispay-Charger-Capacity-Doctor-Quick-Charge-Power-Bank-Meter-Voltmeter-4V/32820027125.html
