      Most people aren't aware of default settings that are on the Retropie OS, I suggest at least letting them know about the defaults involving selecting or going back in Retroarch. Defaults on the PC are x and z for earlier versions of PC Retroarch. i.e.

      Menu buttons.

      menu_ok_btn = ""

      menu_cancel_btn = ""

      mine weren't even there when I began looking for these lines of code. I had to add mine. It would be worth while to make sure to include this in a beginner setup post or wherever this forum places things like this. I'll gladly do it if need be. I spent 3 days trying to figure out how to google this issue and when I came across it I was relieved.

        @phantomthrill What's the RetroArch version you're speaking of ? What's the problem you were having ?
        RetroArch uses the A and B buttons to navigate in the RGUI - that's the default and it matches the Emulationstation way of navigation/selection.
