faced with this problem, that I want to change the language of the emulator , but only available English if there are opportunities to integrate the emulator in other languages ?

@a-southern RetroPie is not an emulator. Are you referring to the Emulationstation frontend, used for browsing the games/systems and launching ROMs ?
