    Joystick not moving correctly.

      Good evening all.
      I am having a bit of an issue with my happ style joysticks.

      For whatever reason (on 2 separate machines) they will NOT move Up/Left and DOwn/Right.
      Everything else works. UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, UP/Right, DOwn/Left.

      I have no idea why this is happening, I am using a happ style joystick, and a usb controller board. pretty straight forward.
      would love some assistance.

          Pi Model or other hardware: 3
          Power Supply used: (If using a Pi) canakit 2.5a power supply
          RetroPie Version Used (eg 3.6, 3.8.1, 4.1 - do not write latest): 4.2
          Built From: (Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website, Berryboot, or on top of existing OS etc.. - please provide the filename of any image used) - retropie-4.2-rpi2_rpi3
          USB Devices connected: LED Strip, USB Controller (for joystick), Trackball
          Controller used: EG Starts Zero Delay USB Encoder w/ Happ control joystick
          Error messages received: none
          Log found in /dev/shm/runcommand.log (if relevant): not relevant
          Guide used: (Mention if you followed a guide) - video tutorial
          File: (File with issue - with FULL path)
          Emulator: (Name of emulator - if applicable) lrmame2003
          Attachment of config files: (PLEASE USE PASTEBIN.COM FOR LARGE LOGS)
          How to replicate the problem: play a game that uses not only UP/Down/Left/Right but UP/RIght at the same time. UP/LEFT and DOWN/Right will not work.
