Removing roms from romsets for other countries

Hi all :)
this is probably a long shot but thought i would ask here.
I use lr-2003 mame and lr-2010 as my emulators.
I like how they just work with my xin-mo usb and joysticks without no further configuration, and everything works spot on so thank you retropie and all the team involved.i have 2 complete romsets .78 and .139 both matching libreto emulators.
I just wanted to know if there is any easy way to remove the clones for other countires without manually going through them.as it stands now i have to find a game i want to play then go through several games until i find the one suitable for the UK.

You may want to check out romlister, this lets you easily remove clones
https://www.waste.org/~winkles/ROMLister/That can create a batch file that will automatically run through your roms and delete the ones you dont want.
