      When I start a game I have to wait for the start game demo to finish playing before my control will work. How can't I change that? Please help I am New to retropie.

          Most games have a start video or preview, especially arcade games, it's just how they were designed. RetroPie is a collection of emulators and the games are normally as they were when they were new.

          I'm not sure this is a way of skipping other than using the Retroarch hotkeys for fast forwarding, though I've not explored that myself. Hotkeys etc are well documented in the official wiki though.
