Tecmo Bowl (Arcade) Overlay

Has anyone found or created a decent overlay for Tecmo Bowl Arcade?
I have tried various emulators and it seems like MAME2003 renders it the most crisply with the most proper aspect ratio... being that of crazy wide.
Its a weird bird in terms of resolution. Needing an overlay that covers the top and bottom edges instead of the left and right as is typical.
I have seen some pre-made overlay art for this that has two physically separate views but it seems like that would stretch it out too much nor do I have any idea how to make any one of the emulators split the display into half in one position and the other half in another.
Googling for Tecmo Bowl arcade images comes up really empty as well in terms of any high res source art.
