Are there missing roms in the dat file?

I am posting this concerning the dat file for lr-fba-next 0.173 (fba 0.2.97.38)It makes references to clones/derivatives of the following:
isgsm
nmk004
pgm
skns
ym2608But the dat file does not actually include these roms at all. For example, It will say:
romof="ym2608"
but never:
game name="ym2608"
