Clmamepro - worth using on a working romset

Silly question my MAME roms ive loaded so far work well, apart from Tapper (frustrating i know, as its one of the coolest) however my questions is should i run all my MAME roms through clmamepro as merged sets to organise them so when i drop them in RETROPIE its cleaner.

I do. I'm not sure if its any "better" but I like having them all in one place, properly named... some would call it a disease...

Nice another OCD person, Its took me a week to put my games on because im so fussy about presentation etc...and picking the splash screen took a while...
