Hi I am after a little advice. I have set up my pi as above and trying to run it on my main tv but I am getting very intermittent flickering to a black screen (about every 30 seconds). To get to this point I had to set the config_hdmi_boost to 11 which I understand is not advisable to run of it can be avoided? I have been through the tvserice -m CEA to determine possible modes and have been through pretty much everyone now. The flickering gets worse as I ramp down the boost. Safe mode appears to work to a degree but appears almost out of focus. Guessing there is something else to try In the config file and I have done some searching but obviously it’s hard to narrow down with the varying hardware etc. Thank in advance

To be honest, doesn't seem like a mis-configuration, more likely a bad cable.

@mitu and there you have it solved in 10 minutes flat. It was indeed a cheap hdmi causing the issue. Many thanks
