Amiga emulators will not load - permissions error

PLEASE HELP. Struggling to load either Amiga emulators. I loaded the error log file and it says its a permissions issue. How do I change permissions to run the +start uae4all.sh? I have placed all ADFs in the roms folder and kick13 kick20 and kick31.rom in the bios folder. The +start uae4all and +start ua4arm files are still in roms folder too. But when I go to load either emulator, it appears to load (white loading box in centre of black screen) but then all of a sudden it takes me back to the retro pie menu. Any ideas???? Thanks!
The error is: line 802: /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/amiga/+Start UAE4All.sh: Permission denied.
It's a Pi3 Machine with the latest retro pie release (installed yesterday from the Retro pie website ) -

After many attempts at changing permissions of folders / files I simply reinstalled the emulator and all was fine. Not sure why the issue occurred but all fine now.
