      As you can see, its possible to run the LXDE desktop within Retropie. So my question is, can you enable experimental GL drivers on there so you can play Neverball, GLTron or games like that? And of course, maybe add shortcuts of games in the Retropie menu for estetism.

      The main reason Im telling that is because I heard that these drivers only worked in windows mode.

      So... Could it works?

        @willboxowo On the Raspbian Jessie releases, enabling the GL driver would conflict with the Emulationstation/RA setup created by RetroPie and would soft-lock your system. I don't know if on Raspian Stretch there is any change, but be aware of this if you try to enable it yourself.

          about ports. im not a linux master so dont blame me ;) but it would be marvelous to make VCMI (open-source heroes of might and magic 3 engine) run on retropie. it offers few linux versions, maybe it would be possible ?
