I go to run lr-ppsspp after the update and get the following message (for a PSP Minis game which uses lr-ppsspp) in /dev/shm/runcommand.log. When you initialize whatever rom you want to play, it just kicks you back to ES main menu.

      /opt/retropie/emulators/retroarch/bin/retroarch -L /opt/retropie/libretrocores/lr-ppsspp/ppsspp_libretro.so --config /opt/retropie/configs/pspminis/retroarch.cfg "/home/pi/RetroPie/roms/pspminis/1000 Tiny Claws (USA).cso" --appendconfig /dev/shm/retroarch.cfg

      glGetError 0x500

/opt/retropie/emulators/retroarch/bin/retroarch: symbol lookup error: /opt/retropie/emulators/retroarch/bin/retroarch: undefined symbol:

Stumped. Reinstalled and tried both source and binary files with same results. Everything else seems to work fine. PPSSPP itself also does the same thing ironically.

Unable to reproduce as mentioned on the issue tracker. I suspect you have some sd card corruption. Try another card / reflash retropie 4.4

@buzz Yeah, card is fine after trying different images on it. Will start from scratch again (unfortunately) and see what happens. Thanks!
