      Hello,

I found a real problem with Scraper´s tools, i scraped MSX/MSX2 (*.rom / *.dsk) and all went fine (the roms were listed) but when i restart emulationstation i noticed that *.dsk games were gone!! They still appear on gamelist.xml but they aren´t listed...

Testing and testing i did a manual scrap using Steven Selph´s (gamelist.xml was empty for testing) and i noticed that only *.roms were scraped...but *.dsk never were scraped.

So, here it is my question...Scraper only can get "1 file extension" at once? i mean, if i could put 2 folders, one for *.rom and another one for *.dsk i guess all be good..

      Retropie 3.8

I did a new fresh installation with Retropie 3.6 and all problems were gone :-)

Well the problem is not mixing extensions, i did 2 folders namely "msx" "msx2", one with ROM extension another one with DSK extension.

ROM is full scraped and works fine, but DSK only scraped first time, after reset "emulation station" all games scraped are not visible anymore...so the problem is DKS format.

My scraper only scrapes extensions it knows about, unless you pass a the flag for extra extensions. So .rom is recognized as a plain binary file format and was added for atari 2600 but I don't know about .dsk.

Also I'm surprised MSX did anything. I haven't added support for MSX or MSX2

Thank you for answering, so maybe in the future...? would be nice to support *.dsk :-)

Possibly. @stevetb has been working to add new platforms and I'm trying to keep up with all his additions. I can take a look at adding what I can but getting everything complete might take some more involved work.
