      Hi,

I installed Retropie on my linux mint Netbook. The Dos-Games via Dosbox starts in a small Desktop-Window. If I use alt-enter to get fullscreen Dosbox seems to crash and get me back to the retropie-dosbox-gui. Is there another way to start dos-games in fullscreen?

@10vorne you could try navigating to your dosbox.conf file and changing fullscreen=false to fullscreen=true. On a raspberry pi its located at

        /opt/retropie/configs/pc/

Not sure aif the location would be the same for you. Im just learning how to setup dosbox myself, so there are others that may know better than I.

Ok, I tried this, but at the end it is the same as pressing alt-enter. When switchingt o fullscreen the dosbox crashes and I'm back in emulationstation.

Hm, I played around a bit with the dosbox conf. I tried fullscreen true, fullresolution desktop (and also my native resolution) and fullscreen worked. BUT, the game window is to small, its shrinked and fills only 2/3 of the screen. I already tried aspect true and false.

The last thing I tried was to use the option scan3x as scaler, that worked, but I got visible scanlines - thats not nice for playing Ultima underworld...its getting more darker :) Any ideas left?

@10vorne I dont have any experience running it on a netbook. Sorry! Maybe someone else more knowledgeable in that area might be able to help.
