So, I would like to change the runcommand loading image for only one system.
In light of the Super Game Boy being able to be emulated, I added that as a system to my setup.
The catch is that it doesn't always load the game properly without opening the RGUI menu and selecting restart.
I made a custom loading image with instructions on how to do this, and would like to have it stay longer then 2 seconds, however the rest of the systems I have do not need this extended time.
Is there a way to extend the time got just the Super Game Boy system?

@nathan1031982 AFAIK the wait time is global, it cannot be set per system.

Ok. Not what I wanted to hear, but better then not knowing.
          Thanks.

For me, this issue was solved by setting 'Skip BIOS intro (requires restart)' to 'OFF', as recommended by @Eckaji here. If this doesn't work for you, keep in mind that simply pressing 'hotkey+B' to reset the system is much quicker than going through the RGUI menu options.

@mediamogul This worked. It's not perfect for me as I prefer to skip the intro, however this is much easier.
