      Hi everyone!

Sorry to ask a trivial question - is anyone able to recommend a competent supplier of ready-made (or near ready-made) bartop setups please?

Although I can competently put a PC together, I'm not a good DIY-er and think I would struggle with a DIY-kit - but also, I'd really like to have some custom graphics on the build itself and have them pre-applied if at all possible.

I've looked at eBay and done some Googling - GameRoomSolutions comes up well but guessing their delivery charges from the States will be a bit too high.

If anyone is able to recommend a good supplier, I'd be really grateful :)

      Many thanks! D

@d39 I'm not an expert in cabinets, but looking at their recommendation to install images from an pirate images ROM site, that's not what I'd trust.

Actually, the PiCade's not a bad idea @herb_fargus - maybe I can 'practise' a build upon that before I try a bigger one...I can't remember how many PCs I damaged internally before I perfected my skills :D

And agreed @mitu , not an encouraging sign...I'd love to find someone reputable here instead but if not, I'll just have to try my DIY luck :)

            Thanks to you both!

I got a cabinet from XCade UK and I'm quite happy with it. I believe they now only sell them via ArcadeWorld UK (is it?), but no meaningful complaints. I had to assemble it myself, but the build was a quality one. I bought a full cabinet, but I think they also have bartop models.

@pjft Thanks mate, just had a look at ArcadeWorld and the XCade kits - they look great...it's just a shame that their xplate system isn't available, as it looks great and would eliminate the issue of having to apply vinyl -> if you ever see my phone screen protector application, you'd know why I don't want to risk applying vinyl :o)

@d39 You sometimes have to be patient with AWUK, but most parts labelled as "out of stock" are replenished in reasonable time (weeks to a few months).
