      @ayskura with a keyboard on the pi press f4. It puts you in command line. Now type:

      Sudo nano /boot/config.txt   
      

      Now scroll down to the bottom and add that stuff. Now press "ctr"l & "x". Then press"y". Then "enter".

          Yes updated the config file as per @XD3l post and the audio works great through the VGA adaptor. I prefer audio from HDMI as previously I find the 3.5mm output jack audio to have a slight white noise/hiss
