How can I configure a non-libretro core? (Mupen
-
I am currently using the latest version of Mupen64Plus Rice Highres to play some not very demanding N64 games. It works perfectly, but I would like to change the rendering settings do that 2D textures don't get blurred, since they are usually text or health bars that don't benefit from bilinear filtering at all. Where exactly are the config files for this kind of settings?
Also, I've noticed that N64 games render without using as much screen space as they could. I am not referring to the pillarboxing, but to the fact that they are windowed, with a small black margin in the top and bottom of the frame as well as the pillarboxing. Can someone explain this to me as well?
Also, English is a second lenguaje for me. Sorry about that. -
Start by reading the documentation on the available options - https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Nintendo-64

@mitu Thank you for your response. However, I had already checked the documentation and didn't find the options I was looking for. They weren't in the config file either. I could disable the blur for everything, but I only want to disable it for 2D textures. And the other option, regarding the black margins, was nowhere to be found either.
