Player2 Not working properly with USB Interface 2p in1
-
Hi guys, I've got a Raspberry Pi3 with RetroPie 3.6.
Recently i've finished to build my Arcade Bartop Cabinet and Wired all.
I've got a "THT THT Arcade USB Interface 2p in1" similar to the "Xin-Mo".
When I play games for example Street Fighter II (snes), Tekken 3 (PSX) or Metal Slug (PSX) i can't get both players work properly.
I've surfed the internet for the answer for a month and still nothing.-In the first scenario (Tekken-MetalSlug-SFII) I can use both players and attack, jump make combos normally. But when it comes to moving the character this is what happen: When I go left with the Player1 Stick then both characters in the game go left and viceversa with the Player2Stick.
I can control both characters with 1st player joystick and 2nd player joystick.I've tried to modify the retroarch.cfg file in "/opt/retropie/configs/all" like this:
input_player1_up_axis = -1
input_player1_down_axis = +1
input_player1_left_axis = -0
input_player1_right_axis = +0input_player2_up_axis = -3
input_player2_down_axis = +3
input_player2_left_axis = -2
input_player2_right_axis = +2The results were that I could move the Player1 with the Player1 Joystick but not both with a single Joystick (wich is good) but then I couldn't move the 2nd Player with the Player2 Joystick (wich is bad).
-In the second scenario I've tried to add the "usbhid.quirks=0x16c0:0x05e1:0x040" line in "cmdline.txt" to make RetroArch see 2 controllers separatedly:
The results? Now EmulationStation finds 2 gamepads and in the game it appears the writing "THT THT configured in #0" and "THT THT configured in #1". The Player1 works pretty fine as always (and 1Player joystick control only Player1) but now the whole Player2 buttons and joystick don't work anymore, like it's not connected.
I've tried to reconfigure it again but i can get it to work.Now I've removed the usb Quirk and I'm in the first scenario.
Someone knows the solution? Any suggestions?
