I haven't heard any rumblings of support for ROCKPro64. You might want to look into Lakka if you haven't already. Something to keep in mind though, is that PSX actually runs exceedingly well on a Pi3. Also, N64 emulation is almost always going to be fairly shoddy on existing single-board computers and even desktop machines. It's one of the few systems I always recommend for real hardware, a flash cart and an RGB mod. It's a pricier option, but if you're really into N64 games, it'll give you the confidence to play them without encountering the type of game-breaking glitches you might find early, or worse late into a play though.

          shoddy says who?
were running n64 pretty well on the xu4 with minor slowdown and graphical flaws as for rock64pro no chances are retropie will not officially support it beyond a compiled release much like the xu4 however our contacts with some people who have ha the chance to play with it are reporting verry decent quality for n64 were waiting for them to send us over a video so we can see for ourselves all going well the dev team will look into adding rockpro into our lineup of supported boards for ora

Up until a few days ago, I was under the impression that it was widely accepted that N64 emulation was notably lacking when compared to most other systems. I've since come to learn that this is somewhat of a controversial matter. Personally speaking, I find the current state of N64 emulation to be sufficiently flawed enough that it doesn't appeal to me. However, everyone has their own threshold as to what they find acceptable and that's certainly as it should be. While I will personally continue to wait for things to improve, I'm truly glad N64 emulation has reached a state that many can be happy with.
