Dreamcast white screen after the dreamcast system manager and rom does not launch!

Dears,
I am running latest version of Retropie, installed Reicast, having a Pi3 B+.
I followed all elements on guideline for Dreamcast and all fine (thank you by the way for the job)but i ve got issue with Shenmue and Half life.....for other roms (cdi or GDI) like sonic or Berserk no problem....that is only for Shenmue.....Someone can help me please? Just the Dreamcast system manager is here and i can move cursor then I put select and after that white screen frozen and I have to turn my Pi off....thnaks for any ideas
