The keyboard seems completely unresponsive in lr-mame2003, and the right trigger no longer brings up the MAME internal menu either. I'm not sure how I broke this, is it possible to just delete the config file so it returns to defaults?

System Config: Retropie 4.4 with full desktop, RPi 3B, 256gb SD, 5v 2.1A 5,200 mAH USB battery. EasyMSX controller mounted with Pimoroni Hyperpixel 4 (non touch). Also running 4.6 on a 4gb Pi 4 serving as my primary desktop computer now.

Mame internal configs are stored in /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/mame-libretro/mame2003/cfg/ according to the documentation.

These files are not human-readable, but can be safely deleted if you get into a mess and wish to return to the default configuration.

Yeah, deleting that file resolved the issue.
