      I have a small question.

Is there a way to install drivers or somthing to use the xbox one controller model 1697
because i have 2 xbox one controller model 1697 and just one Xbox 360 controller.
      The Xbox 360 do work.
But i want the same controllers.
so i want it to use the xbox one controller model 1697.

I second this question. Really hoping at some point to switch over to using Xbox One Wireless controllers with Retropie. (currently using Xbox 360 Wireless) If there is a way to do this, would like to know more.

Xbox One controller model 1697 (with audio jack 3.5mm) works fine actually, the only problem is the bluetooth i don't know if it works, i don't try it but i thinks that it is improbable, unlikely

@Reaven I was wondering if the model 1697 xbox controller is still working for you? I recently set up retropie and it is not recognizing my controller (connected via usb) and was wondering if you have a fix?
