Hopefull that an overclocked Raspi 3 can handle them.

I assume they are opengl and wouldn't work on the RPI.

How can you determine if it is OpenGL or not,
seem to be a bunch of RSP plugins out there,
https://github.com/mupen64plus/mupen64plus-rsp-cxd4 is another example.

Really the request is for a RSP plugin whichever would work.
