Kiosk mode passkey won’t work

After turning on kiosk mode out of curiosity, I’ve been inputting the default konami cose passkey in almost every circumstance (at startup, in ES menu, in main menu, in a config page) but it won’t “unlock” for me. Any help would be much appreciated

@player2 Edit the configuration file and set the UIMode to full - https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Child-friendly-EmulationStation/#switching-modes.
