Re: Livestreaming to twitch on retropie 4.4?

Similar to the OP, I am also having issues with Twitch streaming in 4.4.

In 4.3 I would do it as in the processes outlined here: http://selsine.com/2016/10/15/how-to-record-a-game-play-video-from-a-retropie/ after recompiling retroarch to have ffmpeg.

I understand it now comes precompiled with ffmpeg in 4.4 and have tried running Twitch via calling it in the emulator.cfg and nothing happens. I have also tried from the RA menu as @mitu suggested, but it doesn't save the settings and I'd have to type in the twitch stream key every time (there are predefined options for the config file and directory, but not the recording output which is where you'd enter the stream path). I can't appear to type in the path either on the RA Recording menu :-/

TL;DR: Has anyone successfully managed to get Twitch Streaming working on 4.4, and if so, how?
