Could not find anyone asking this before so.
In the RetroPie Menu where you have different options you can add or remove located here.

      \home\pi\RetroPie\retropiemenu\

Where can I edit the description that comes up for the different options. I have several that have no description.

Example, when I move selection to bluetooth it displays a description of
Register and connect to bluetooth devices. Unregister and remove devices, and display registered, and connected devices.

That is what I want to be able to add for some 3rd party menus I have added, as they are just blank. I will not remember what they are with out the description added.

Nevermind. I was not thinking, found the gamelist file.

        /opt/retropie/configs/all/emulationstation/gamelists/retropie/gamelist.xml
