Hi there! I'm trying so hard to make my CAS files work with BlueMsx. I've had better lucky with OpenMsx (all CAS files work with it) but not with BlueMsx. Anyway...something strange happens.

When I try to load a CAS game with BlueMsx (let's say Batman for instance) I type RUN"CAS:". BlueMsx answers me with a "Found: BATMAN". Everything seems to go fine this far but then screen turns to black...and nothing more happens.

Am I doing something wrong? Am I missing something?
I would appreciate your help a lot!
      :-)

@sastremarti i could be wrong but i think it might be carts only like a real blue msx machine. You can use others like open msx if need be for cassettes. I only have carts so i cant verify bluemsx.

Mmmmm...it looks like it can be possible to me. I'm probably wrong. Let's see if someone else has an idea.

          Thank you so much!

Have you tried any other cassette than just that one? lr-bluemsx seems to be very limited in this area. The only mention I can find of it supporting cassettes is on its wiki page where it references SpectraVideo cassettes specifically. It's also worth noting that cassette files cannot be used to save progress in games that require it. OpenMSX appears to be the better option all around here.

@mediamogul Mmmmm....I've tried different games but they all end the same. Maybe I should wait a little time for BlueMsx to become more powerful form the cassette point of view. Meanwhile I can use OpenMsx which works great!

              Thank you so much!
