Retroarch only showing red and green colours for NES games

I've just started using Retroarch and for some reason, all NES games are showing up with only red and green colours.

Would love to hear that it's an easy fix, but any help would be much appreciated.

Looks like a custom color palette. Which emulator ? What RA version ? Please add the info requested in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.
