      Hi all,

Using RetroPie 4.1, and trying to load new roms via USB.

When offloaded onto the SD card from the USB stick, the roms show up as a teal color in file manager and have an asterisk next to them.

None of the roms I add in this fashion are available to play, and the asterisk never goes away. Furthermore, the USB stick NEVER stops flashing, even though all of the files have been copied.

Haven’t found any relevant info through a search.

That just means the files have the executable bit set, which is not a big deal and shouldn't have an effect on the game/rom being played. The problem is somewhere else.
