Hi, what is the best version debian to retropie on normal pc? ( i3 2 gen with intel HD + 4 gb ram and 500 gb hdd).

I would like use retropie with kodi

Use Lubuntu - latest version, although if your goal is to just use Kodi, then you can do so without installing RetroPie.
