I just got a new 4k TV without getting the new HDMI cable for 4k (I think it's HDMI 2.0 for 4k), and I'm having some issues with wired graphical issues when I'm scrolling through my consoles, and when description text for a game is scrolling. I, also, notice the issue when I'm playing a game, and moving around. The issue is random blocks of pixels on the screen flash around in a very light RGB color in multiple areas of the TV for about 3 - 5 seconds, then the screen is fine. However, my PS3 for not have this issue.

As a side note, I am on the latest version of Retropie (I just updated it yesterday), and I set the games to run at 1080p. I have tried to reduce the resolution, but that does not work. I have no issues when I hook my Raspberry Pi 3 model b to any of my 1080p TV's. Does anyone have a suggestion, or need more information?

If this helps, here is the model number for my TV: 65uk6300pue
