    Daphne Emulator - Multiple Instances of same game but with different DIP settings?

      I got Daphne installed and both the original Lair and DLE21 ROMs working fine. I'd like to add a second instance of the DLE21 ROM to be accessible via emulation station but with a different DIP setting to enable the "prototype" game. Manually editing the DLE21.commands file every time I want to run the prototype game is getting tedious. Is there a way to add another instance of the ROM with different DIP setting, that I can call from Emulation Station?

      Ideally I'd like to be able to choose from three choices on the ES menu:

      Dragon's Lair Original (lair.zip)
      Dragons Lair Enhanced (DLE21.zip)
      Dragons Lair Prototype (DLE21.zip with DIP setting)

      I've tried multiple folder variations and symbolic links etc, but no success. It seems that if I'm running DLE21 ROM then only option I have is running it from DLE21.daphne directory, and that precludes multiple instances.
      Thoughts?
