Gratz, this is awesome. I feel like every time a new RetroPie comes out I needed something from it. Last time it was the arcade folder and some coin buttons not working, this time its the PS3 controller fix. Can anyone elaborate on what was broken.

Also I know its linked and I will make a new thread but updated the setup script and then doing a binary install will get me this version right?

@misslehead3 it will, but you will need to also disable / reinstall the ps3 controller support to get the latest code.

Awesome stuff - looking forward to firing up OpenBOR - got a heap of fighting games for this that haven't looked at for a while.

Just wanted to say congrats! I'm new to the forums. My past experiences with Retropie have been bittersweet. It's been something I wanted to mess around with but could never quite figure out (mainly how to set up and map the controls) but I gotta say this has been the easiest Retropie image to set up. There wasn't much extensive information out there before which BTW Shoutouts to ETAPrime and @Floob for their helpful Youtube videos!

I have a couple of older + Pi models lying around which I plan to repurpose for Retropie projects. I have an A+ I want to make a handheld and I'm thinking of maybe making a simple cabinet with my B+. I'm currently running Retropie on the Pi2 for my niece and nephew. I'm planning on setting up the image on my Pi3 soon as I've already tried it and things seem to run slightly better than on the Pi2 IMO.

Thank you to The Retropie Team for all the hard work they've put into making Retropie what it is! Keep up the good work!
