Hello. I'm considering building one of these badboys to serve as a retro-party-machine. Is it possible playing Mario Kart, Mario Party, Super Smash Bros, Micro Machines 64, Bomberman, Crash Team Racing and Crash Bash among others with the PI-3? Or is it too weak for four player carnage?

Also any cheap controller suggestions thats suitable for all above mentioned games (and more)?

Hello. I'm considering building one of these badboys to serve as a retro-party-machine. Is it possible playing Mario Kart,

i've played 4 player on mk64 fine using the mupen64plus-glesn64 plugin at 1080p. it's stuttery on some levels, but i think it might be better at lower resolutions.

        Mario Party, Super Smash Bros,

not sure. briefly played smash in 2 player on mupen64plus-GlideN64 and it was a bit choppy even at low resolutions. i think i tried the other plugins and they worked better but had weird graphical glitches like everyone having no eyes :D

        Micro Machines 64

not tried but micro machines on the psx emulator is pretty much the same game i think, and is fine 4 player.

        Bomberman

various versions are perfect. my personal favourite is bomberman party on psx. not sure about n64 version but there's better versions so :)

Crash Team Racing and Crash Bash

if these are psx they will be fine on a pi3

        :)
