      Hey All,

I need some help.. Raspberry 3b+ emulation station/retropie setup. I'm trying to get USB audio working properly. I've tried all kinds of stuff to no avail.. I get audio in emulation station but not in the games. I've disabled the onboard audio on /boot/config.txt. Tried all kinds of suggestions, but I get mixer errors when launching games. When I lauched alsamixer, it shows the USB audio. Do I somehow need to link retroarch to the mixer? I've tried a few suggestions in the retroarch.cfg for the audio components with no luck. I also tried setting up an audio alias/dummy in /etc/asound.cfg to fool it.. In emulation station if I set my sound to PCM, exit the level goes down to 0. I think that's the mixer failing, but the music in the background audio is blasting...

      Any suggestions or tips appreciated.

      Thanks,

      Greg

@Gaprofitt Is RetroArch configured with alsa or alsathread as audio driver ? Enable verbose logging with the Runcommand options menu and check the /dev/shm/runcommand.log file to see what/where does RetroArch errors out.
