      Hi at all,

since universal scraper works much better I used it to scrape my systems. Unfortunately not all images were found. how can I simply add the missing games?

      best wishes!

        Hi there,

        https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/scraper

The above link gives you the information you requirefor automatically scraping and manually scraping and adding your own art.

thanks, but the built-in scraper is not working for now and the other two can not scrape "only missing pictures" :(

Well, there is the "real" manual method: You could look for pictures on the web, save them properly named among the other scraped images and insert <image> lines for them in the gamelist.xml manually.

If some of the details of this approach are unclear to you, feel free to ask about them.

would do that, but what if the game is not even in gamelist.xml because it was not found during scraping?

Then you'll have to copy one of the others and change all the data by hand.

                A game's entry goes from <game> to </game>.

You can ignore that. As far as I know, it is only a reference from the scraper where it got the data from.
