Mac book sadness.
-
Hi, I have a friend with a mac book air that is trying to find a way to connect to raspberry pi3 and can not find a way. We've tried enabling pi manager and going through google chrome, and some of the apps on iTunes store. Any help would be appreciated.

macOS should be able to natively use Samba Shares to connect to the Pi. It's mentioned in the Docs section about transferring ROMs.

I have a macbook and I confirm this. Samba shares are accessible directly from finder.

Use ssh and filezilla, you'll do 99% of what you need with these tools...
Configure wifi on the pi, activate ssh and that's all you need.
