Pegasus Frontend last build don't open

I can't open pegasus last build, an error appears because two dlls are missing, which are libcrypto-1_1 and libssl-1_1 and when I download these two dlls and put them in the pegasus folder, windows says that it was not possible to find the entry point of the SSL_CTX_set_ciphersuites procedure in the library of dynamic link, would anyone know how to fix this error?
