Config .rc to can load rom on advance mame

Hi forum! I try to load diehard on advance mame3.0 (using retopie) and get error say "error on catridge" "this catridge is disallowed in this country" I read on the wiki of advance mame the rom need a .rc file to can be load with advance mame....
what I need to make this file? what directory need to use to put this .rc? anyone know what option can be add with this feature (any readme for options?)? what other roms need rom.rc to load? anyone have a "premade pack" of this .rc files to fix this errors?? Thanks forum!! -

Where exactly is that ? AdvanceMame has extensive documentation over at https://www.advancemame.it/doc-advmame.
