      When I screw it back together! I think it does it if the fan screws are too tight also. More like a whine, yeah it's too tight.

      ...It was too loose, I tightened the screws, they turn hard and their long so its difficult to judge how in they are. Only needed to mess with it some more.
      It will probably start doing it again, sort of why I gave up to avoid being frustrated with it.
