Any ideas or am I missing the obvious?
Also which folder do they need to be added too?Working games don't work
Where can I get working roms

This will likely answer all of your initial questions pertaining to RetroPie.
You will find ROMs utilizing your Goggle-fu. You'll need specific ROM versions based on your chosen emulator.
Also, be sure to read: "Forum Rules", and "READ THIS FIRST!"

I just put all the roms and BIOS files in this directory:
/home/pi/RetroPie/roms/mame-libretro/Leave everything in their Zip files (don't extract anything) and don't change the names of any of the Zip files (roms or BIOS files).
Trying to find which roms uses which BIOS files can be a pain though!
