Hi, when installing VICE in Retropie I find this error and it does not finish installing:

Could not succesfullly build vice - C64 emulator VICE (/home/mac/RetroPie-setup/tmp/build/vice/src/x64 not found).

      I am using:
      Linux Mint 19.1 x86 (64bit)
      RetroPie v4.4.12
      Thinkpad T61

I read many times about that problem, but it was described as solved. I can not select binaries, only install from source.

It's usually because of the upstream project changes, it has nothing to do with RetroPie. Can you post the complete installation log, from /home/mac/RetroPie-setup/logs ?

EDIT: it seems upstream changed the build files and the x64 program is no longer - by default - built.

So what can I do? If you still need the logs I can post them this evening.

There's no need to the logs. You'll need to wait for this to get sorted out with the scriptmodule.

Try updating now the RetroPie-Setup script and re-try the installation from source - it should work.
