MP4 snap videos compress tool?

Hi there,
I have more than 90GB on MP4 snap videos and my question is if exists any automatic tool to make a fast and good compress to try to reduce them.
Tools as Handbrake, Filmora9 and others it seems expand and not compress.

Handbrake should be able to compress video (I haven't heard of Filmora9), but usually the MP4 format videos are already compressed - don't know if you can compress more. You can try to switch to a 'next-gen' format like HEVC (H.265) or AV1 and see if you get any compression, but that's not going to be HW accelerated on a lot of devices.
