      Good evening, all.

I've more than enough ROMs installed and both the SNES and Mega Drive emulators are working just fine but I can't get any NES games to run. I select a title, load it via the controller, then the emulator exits back onto the RetroPie screen (it doesn't crash or reboot, just exits the emulator.) I've tried selecting both lr-fceumm and lr-nestopia before the ROM loads and both give the same result. I feel I'm missing something simple since the overall feel of RetroPie is plug-and-play but what that fix is has me stymied. I'm hoping someone can guide me (I attempted a few forum searches for this problem but didn't see one like this.)

I'm running a RPi 3/B with 32GB microsd, RetroPie from SD Image

I've read that link prior to posting here. The only thing that gave me pause this time is the mention of a "ROM header". I think what's wrong is that the NES zip files contain a number of ROMs per zip. I'll have to unpack a handful and see if that's where I went wrong.

Thanks for the quick reply. Hopefully it's set me in the right direction.
