[idea] Scan for games/Update games option

Hi devs,
I was wondering could we have an option in retropie which allows us to scan for new added games? Because now every time when I add a new game to my Pie i need to reboot it.

@PetroRie just restart emulation station. No need to reboot

@PetroRie When you have added ROMS, you can even re-start emulationstaion station from your FTP client remotely so when you return to your machine, it's waiting.
