have all my roms on a usb stick, and all working great. although the stick is full.
i have found a spare 32gb usb stick and was wondering if i add more roms (for a different emulator)
is it possible to have them both connected at the same time to the pi ?

@shayne66 Yes, it would be possible, but you'll have to set them up manually, since the automatic mount doesn't support it. While you won't be able to combine them as a single disk, you can mount a few systems from it (psx or other CD-rom based consoles).

hmmmm, might be easier to buy a bigger usb stick and put all roms together.

if i choose to go that way, can i just copy and paste my existing file folders from old and working usb onto my new usb stick ? just that all roms have been scraped already.

@shayne66 I think it should be ok to copy the contents from one USB to another. Just don't forget to format it properly first.
